Privacy and Third-Party Service Providers

The privacy of your data is a priority. We do not use any third-party service providers to process your personal data, including for sending our emails, which we manage ourselves. The only exception is Stripe, which securely processes payments and subscriptions and accesses only the data necessary for that purpose; we never have access to your credit card information. We do not sell or share your personal data for commercial purposes.

Hosting and GDPR Compliance

Our servers are hosted in Europe and comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to protect users’ freedom and autonomy. Your data is not shared with any third parties, with the exception of Stripe for payment processing, and we remain fully independent of any major technology companies.

Cookies

We use only cookies that are strictly necessary for the platform to function, such as for authentication and session management. We do not use cookies for any other purposes.

Data Retention

Your personal data is retained for the duration of your account's activity and for the period required by law thereafter (for example, accounting and tax obligations related to orders and payments). You may request the deletion of your data at any time, subject to these legal retention obligations.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Payment card data is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
