These terms and conditions govern your use of the booking, credit, membership, and online store services offered by Jules Corbière through this platform.

Scope
These terms apply to all use of this platform, including scheduling and booking coaching sessions, purchasing and using credits, memberships and subscriptions, as well as buying physical products and any other offering listed on the platform.
User Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
Booking Sessions
Sessions are booked through the online schedule, subject to availability and to the capacity of each time slot. A booking is confirmed once the required credits or payment have been applied. Each session is reserved for the booked participant and is non-transferable unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Cancellations, Rescheduling and No-Shows
You may cancel or reschedule a booked session up to the cancellation deadline communicated at the time of booking. Cancellations made before the deadline release the session and, where applicable, return the credits used. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the session being treated as completed and the corresponding credits or payment being forfeited.
Credits
Credits may be purchased individually, included in a package, or granted as part of a subscription. Credits are used to book sessions and may be specific to a given coach or activity. Credits have no cash value, are non-refundable once issued except as required by law, are non-transferable, and may be subject to an expiry date indicated at the time of purchase or grant.
Memberships and Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing period (for example monthly) using the payment method on file, until cancelled. Each renewal may grant a defined number of credits for the new period. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until that date. Unless required by law, amounts already paid and credits already granted for the current period are not refunded on cancellation.
Product Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency configured for this site and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order or subscription. We do not store your full payment card details. Our servers are hosted in Europe.
Delivery
For physical products, delivery times and methods are indicated at the time of purchase. For coaching sessions, credits, and digital services, access is provided upon payment confirmation.
Returns and Refunds
Refund requests for physical products must be made within 14 days of delivery. Credits, memberships, and booked sessions are governed by the credit, subscription, and cancellation terms above. Please reach out to us through our contact form for any refund request.
Limitation of Liability
Jules Corbière shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the platform. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email where appropriate.
