These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the reservation, credit, subscription, and online store services offered by Jules Corbière on this platform.

These terms and conditions apply to all use of this platform, including the scheduling and booking of coaching sessions, the purchase and use of credits, memberships, and subscriptions, as well as the purchase of physical products and any other offerings available on the platform.
User Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
Booking Sessions
Sessions can be booked through the online schedule, subject to availability and the capacity of each session. A reservation is confirmed once the required credits or payment have been applied. Each session is reserved for the registered participant and is non-transferable, unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Absences
You can cancel or reschedule a reserved session up until the cancellation deadline indicated at the time of booking. Cancellations made before this deadline will free up the session and, if applicable, refund the credits used. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the session being counted as completed and the loss of the corresponding credits or payment.
Credits
Credits can be purchased individually, included in a bundle, or provided as part of a subscription. Credits are used to book sessions and may be specific to a particular coach or activity. Credits have no monetary value, are non-refundable once issued unless otherwise required by law, are non-transferable, and may be subject to an expiration date specified at the time of purchase or allocation.
Memberships and Subscriptions
Subscriptions are automatically billed at the start of each billing period (for example, monthly) using the payment method on file, until they are canceled. Payment is securely processed by Stripe; we never have access to your credit card information and do not store it. Each renewal may grant a set number of credits for the new period. Some subscriptions include a minimum commitment period, the duration of which is indicated at the time of sign-up. During the commitment period, the subscription cannot be canceled early: it will continue to be billed at the start of each billing period until the end of the commitment term. Subscriptions without a commitment period, or those for which the commitment period has expired, may be canceled at any time; cancellation then takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until that date. Unless otherwise required by law, amounts already paid and credits already allocated for the current billing period are not refunded in the event of cancellation.
Product Orders
An order is confirmed as soon as payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency configured for this site and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of purchase or subscription; we never have access to your credit card information and do not store it.
Delivery
For physical products, delivery times and methods are indicated at the time of purchase. For coaching sessions, credits, and digital services, access is provided upon confirmation of payment.
Returns and Refunds
Refund requests for physical products must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Credits, memberships, and booked sessions are governed by the terms and conditions regarding credits, memberships, and cancellations listed above. Please contact us via our contact form for any refund requests.
Hosting and GDPR Compliance
Our servers are hosted in Europe and comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to protect users’ freedom and autonomy. Your data is not shared with any third parties, with the exception of Stripe for payment processing, and we remain fully independent of any major technology companies.
Limitation of Liability
Jules Corbière shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the platform. Substantial changes will be communicated through the platform or by email, as appropriate.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. The mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence remain unaffected.
